Robert Fletcher –
Cough and malaise often develops in the cold season. Already had bronchitis and even pneumonia. Always used “Bromhexin” in the fight against wet cough. Excellent remedy for its money. I take it exactly as directed. If the cough is dry, it is not recommended to take it, because the cough can only get worse! Among all the mucolytics, the choice falls on this drug, because of its availability and effectiveness.

Every time I get an acute respiratory infection, I get a terrible cough. Only “Bromhexin” saves me. No adverse reactions. Quickly turns a dry cough into a wet one, which, by the way, personally helps me. Pleasant taste and small size. And importantly, a very cheap drug. I had a cough for 10-12 days and then I was advised to use “Bromhexin”, which literally helped me in 3-4 days.

In my opinion, the drug is ineffective. I personally did not take it, but my son was prescribed it since infancy. First in syrup, then in pills. But I did not notice any particular relief, the cough was dry and remained so. Then I started asking doctors to prescribe other drugs
