Acular is a medication that is used to treat eye conditions. It belongs to a group of medications called anti-glaucoma agents. Acular works by decreasing the production of fluid in the eye, which helps to lower pressure inside the eye. It is available as an eyedrop solution and comes in two strengths: 0.5% and 1%.
