Professional Pack is indicated for the treatment of erectile dysfunction in men. The recommended dose is one tablet taken orally approximately 1 hour before sexual activity.
The efficacy and safety of Professional Pack was evaluated in a randomized, double-blind, parallel group study in which 487 men received either Professional Pack or placebo. Treatment with Professional pack resulted in statistically significant improvement compared to placebo on the primary endpoint of International Index of Erectile Function (IIEF)-Erectile Function Domain score (p<0.0001). In addition, statistically significant improvements were also seen on the secondary endpoints: overall satisfaction with erection (p=0.0004), intercourse satisfaction (p=0.0002), orgasmic function domain score (p=0.0002) and overall sexual experience domain score (P< 0. 0001 ).
