Clindagel can cause some side effects, such as dryness, redness, itching, burning sensation, peeling or scaling of the skin. If these side effects occur, they usually go away after a few days of use. If they continue or are bothersome, talk to your doctor about alternatives for treating your condition

9.1Expert Score
Clindagel Effective drug, good compliance, easy to use, minimal side effects. I mostly prescribe it in the form of a cream. Suitable for almost all age categories, optimal for preoperative preparation for plastic reconstructive surgeries
  • Can help clear up acne quickly - often within just a few days or weeks.
  • As it's applied directly to the skin, there's less risk of side effects than if you were taking clindamycin orally
  • Can cause skin irritation, dryness, and redness.
  • It should not be used by people who are allergic to it or who have had an allergic reaction to it in the past.
  • Clindagel may also increase the risk of sunburns

Clindagel was prescribed by a gynecologist. During a periodic examination a smear for pathogenic flora Gardnerella vaginalis. A diagnosis of “vaginal dysbacteriosis” was given. The doctor explained it was no big deal, but it needed to be treated. He prescribed this medication in the form of a cream. The cream was easy to use, no adverse reactions or anything like that caused me. However, it did not cure at once, when you pass a smear again, this flora was found, but in smaller amounts. I had to repeat the treatment. After repeating the treatment, everything got better.
